These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadBooker.AI website (the "Site") and any related services described on it (the "Services"), operated by LeadBooker.AI, LLC ("LeadBooker.AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site, submitting a form, or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

LeadBooker.AI provides lead intake, qualification, and outreach automation services for service businesses, custom-configured per client through a separate services agreement. This Site is informational and marketing material about those Services — submitting the contact form or booking a call does not itself create a services agreement. Any actual engagement, scope, pricing, and deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement between LeadBooker.AI and the client.

3. No Guarantee of Results

LeadBooker.AI does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Site or the Services, including but not limited to: a specific number or rate of leads captured, qualified, or booked; increased revenue, bookings, or job volume; response times to any individual lead; or uninterrupted or error-free operation of any automated system. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, market, lead volume, and how leads are handled once received. Statements on this Site (including phrases like "we'll get back to you immediately") describe our intended process and typical operation, not a guaranteed service level, unless a specific service level is separately agreed to in writing.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Site without our permission;
  • Use the Site to transmit any harmful code or unsolicited advertising.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by LeadBooker.AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. When you submit the contact form on this Site (name, email, company name, and similar details), you're providing that information to LeadBooker.AI so we can respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, discuss the Services with you. The Site or the Services may reference or integrate with third-party tools (for example, a CRM, calendar, or communication platform).
